Hello, I am a new Public Mobile customer. My next payment is due on Feb 9. I've just received a text stating that there are insufficient funds in my account??? When I set up my account I provide PM with a cc and was under the impression that this would be used monthly for subscription. Advise
Also, how do I get in contact with a private agent on PM?

Yes, auto-pay already setup. You can login My Account and confirm at Payment page, Manage Subscription. If you see Subscribed is on, you are good.
To text to be just a reminder because you might have a $10 available funds there from the friends referral

@ShirleyHadikin hi, yes usually pre-authorized payments are done on sign up.
Did you sign in and check your account details? If it's the 9th the attempt is a little early. Each month the days do change by a day or 2 so it might be today. If it is and they attempted and it failed you would have to manually pay yourself now as they won't attempt again.
