Voice calls not working

I am in Florida, and unable to make or receive voice calls. I have the Canada/US/Mexico plan.

That's odd, sorry to hear that OP. Best to message cs_agent under "community" to check it for you on the backend. It seems you arent the only one, someone else posted the same issue.

hi @Shaunaa 

what phone do you have? if your phone is not on PM VoLTE whitelist, using voice would be trouble

check if your phone is on the list or a newer gen of those on the list

if yours is not on the list, try manually change the network to T-Mobile and change the network mode to 2G and see if it works

if not, you will have to call by using VoIP app , like TextNow or Fongo , and make calls using the app with mobile data
