Is public mobile glitching? Because on my rewards page, I have referred 3 people, they're still with public however I am only getting $2 instead of $3 off.

Did you actually lose out on $1 because your referral was suspended at the time of your renewal? Make a note of the approximate date they renewed their plan so you can keep track of their approximate renewal dates. Its nice if you can keep your referrals renewals away from your own so an autopay failure etc....won't gip you out of your referral reward.

Sometimes really hard to tell if error on PM or friend's left. It is hard to go and ask the friend "Are you still with me in PM?" LoL

Check with your friends if their accounts are active at present time.

That would only be the case if $3/3 referrals was showing in the rewards account but only $2 was applied at renewal. If the rewards show $2 with 3 phone numbers then one account is suspended for non payment or possibly has left pm.

HI@AngH Yes, the new Reward page will show everyone you referred before.
You see 3 numbers but only $2 but you think they are all still with PM. Any chance they missed the payment and currently in Suspended status? If it is just that, when they make the payment and reactivate, then you will get back the $1.
Of course, any chance they left without telling you?

if one of your referrals has the same renewal date as yours that could possibly be the reason you aren't receiving $3

@AngH - the new rewards set up showing the refer a friend list may be showing all friends you have referred in the past. Whether they are still active with Public Mobile, that is the question.
If you know for sure they are active and not in nonpay status then I would submit a ticket to tell Public Mobile this.

I will third that. You probably have a referral suspended for non payment. You will get a text if they suspend via lost/stolen.

if your friend missing payment or suspended you will missing the rewards for it,
after them pay for the service and that rewards be automatically coming back to your account..
you can also check it out with your friend is still with PM Active.

The reward system has been known to glitch causing people to think they’ve either got extra referrals or less referrals.
Also bear in mind, that if one of your referrals is suspended or inactive, you will not receive credit for them during that time.
If you go to your My Rewards section, you can click right facing arrow for a drop down list of numbers. (It’ll show last 4 digits of active referrals numbers)
