Public Mobile Rewards

Hello,

Wondering if anyone can help with. Why is that my rewards does not reflect on my account? Rewards are given to us users to help us lower our monthly payment. Is anyone have the same issue? if so, how did you resolve it? I tried contacting costumer service but its showing error. Please help.

@Ael12, are you referring to no longer receiving automatic discounts to your bill like the autopay and loyalty? If so these have been replaced by the new Points system. Everyone is now paying the full bill amount and getting 5% back in points, and on our anniversary date we get 10 more points. Friend referrals are still the same, 1 point for each referral for each month. Once you accumulate at least 15 points you can redeem them towards a $15 bill credit but it must be applied manually

Starting in May, Public mobile has changed all legacy rewards customers over to the new points system.  Did you not receive the text or email from Public mobile that was send to all affected customers in March and April?

With the transition, you lost your $2/month autopay and up to $5/month loyalty rewards unfortunately.

It is a mandatory switch, so the migration can not be stopped or reversed.

If you login into your self service account and your rewards section, you should see you referral points and a welcome 5 points.  Once you get 15 points, you can redeem for $15 credit.  Unfortunately, you will be charged plan amounts without the monthly discounts going forward.

the old Rewards program has been retired as of May this year. Now we just get points. Log in to your account / Rewards to see yours.
