I recently upgraded my phone with Telus to a new iPhone 17 Pro and I had a Public Mobile eSIM for my business phone. When I transferred my data to the new phone from the old it wouldn’t let me transfer my Public Mobile eSIM to my new phone and because the old one was a Bring It Back I wasn’t able to keep it. I figured I’d just get a new eSIM for that number but I can’t log in to my account because it wants to send a verification code to that number which I won’t have access to until I get a new eSIM. What do I do??

It doesn’t give me the option to resend code nor does it say anywhere “didn’t receive code”.

try Didn't receive code or Resend code, then you can use email or voicemail to get the code
if no such option , ask PM to help.
