I received a pop up stating that Public Mobile shut off my LTE calling, and then my phone showed an SOS in the upper right hand corner. My account is up to date, and my sim shows as being the correct number.

Are you sure your account is up to date? You can confirm this by dialing 611 to see what your account balance is and such. See what that says.

@Chelsea6 Maybe try rebooting the phone or try SIM card in another phone see if that helps otherwise you may need to contact support
