I recently brought new phone with Telus and got a new number. How do I cancel my subscription with public mobile?

You should have ported your number over to Telus then your PM account will automatically cancel.
Since you got a new number, you will need to submit a ticket on the Chat bubble for an agent to help you cancel.

All you would need to do is stop paying. Log into your Public Mobile account and unsubsribe from the autopay option. Assuming that there isn't enough funds to renew your plan, the Public Mobile account will automatically be closed after being suspended for 90 days.

you don't want to keep the number and port to Telus?? if you want to keep, go into Telus account and request porting
if you just want to cancel and no porting, login My Account and cancel Autopay. You do it on Payment page, Mange Subscription and then turn off Subscribed there
