Hey,
I ported my number to Kodoo and then tried to cancel my subscription with Public Mobile but I can't access my account anymore...is that normal? Are we done already?

No need to explicitly cancel PM account yourself. Once posted to Koodo, PM account would be closed

Yes, accounts are normally closed when they are ported out.
