Your plan seems great, friends recommend it, and a would love to drop Koodo (which I am really beginning to hate)...

But I can't buy Public Mobile!  Attempting to buy anything takes me to a login, which, after login, leads me to this error screen:

Somehow I've gotten past it before - but then I get to a different problem: My sim card never gets delivered.  This may be because I have to write a PO box on my address (since Canada post doesn't deliver direct to my home address) - and it may get turned around because of that.  In any case, I never got the SIM I ordered.

Please - just make it easy for me to buy your product and I will buy it!

@petered  you can purchase sim card from Amazon for $4-5 much quicker.

After using both services for years, Koodo's much better in all aspect, but it's a matter of preferences and choice.

you should have use the Public Mobile app to subscribe 

And now, after you got the sim cards, you still need to use the app to complete the subscription 

same the sim card you still waiting, it could take 10 days.  Ask PM to check and help.  Please open ticket using the Orange Chatbot icon at the bottom right of the page. Type the question Submit ticket and the select Contact Us to get to Ticket open page
