So I signed up to public mobile today and its been a Hassel. I thought my phone (samasung 20+) was compatible with the Esim but I guess it not. Now I cant get past the activation part in the app, so im stuck and cant do anything. Any help on this would be so amazing!!!

Check with , maybe they can send you the QR code to scan and install
open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

@LindsayMack007 yes S20 series might not be eSIM compatible with PM, you likely need to ask PM support's help. yoilu will need to message them and arrange

@LindsayMack007 I have same phone and I have never been able to figure out how the esim works. Tells me it's not, but others says it is😯
