Hello, I just signed up for public mobile with the free 2gb for 12 month promotion. However, it is not applied to my account. Is it possible for someone to check if there was a mistake?

HI @se123234   just wait for 72 hours.  Usually the promo are added within 72 hours.  You see see an extra 2GB showing up by itself under My Promotions in My Account

When did you sign up? It's supposed to take a couple days to be added.
