New 29 20G promo

Hi, I’m on the $29 plan with 10g can-us and want to switch to the new can-us-mex promotion with 20g for the same price. I cant fond this promo in the app. How do I switch?

Here is one  possible strategy (YMMV)

When you go into "Change Subscription" do you have a cheaper plan such as the $25? 4G 3GB plan? In the last 24 hours, PM has made certain cheaper plans available for some of its current subscribers. (As I said, YMMV). 

If that cheaper plan is available, you could take the chance and change to it. Once the change has been made, the better $29 5G 20GB might then become available to you to change on renewal.

(I am still currently on the $23 plan and that that better. $29 20GB plan is available to me in my change subscription. It is not limited to new activations only. See my screenshots below)

I will say again: YMMV. What may be available to one subscriber may not be available to another subscriber. PM does not treat all of its subscribers in the change way. Good luck.

hi @eyalb sorry, that is a plan for new subscribers only.  Some existing customers received invite for this plan. But if you didn't get the invite or if you can't find it in your Change Subscription page, then there is no way to change to it

Unfortunately if you don’t see an exciting new promo within the app, it doesn’t apply to you (as I know all too well)
