My referral code to new subscriber was declined multiple times as Invalid promo code. Please help.

Always best to copy it and paste it in your message to your referrals. 

Or send the link directly to them. You just have to click on your referral link and copy and send. It will send by sms, email..

But if you did that and it's still saying invalid use the chat bubble to create a ticket to have an agent look into it for you.

@charlie6868 the friend referral code should be added using the Friend Referral button on the Payment Step during Subscription, not thr Promotion button

If you like, you can complete the subscription without the Friend Referral code first.  After the Subscription is completed, you can them open a ticket with PM CS Agent and ask them to apply it back for you manually 

To open ticket with PM support after the completion of the subscription:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
    (if you cannot receive 2FA via SMS, click "Didn't Receive code" or "Resend Code" and choose "Send email" to get 2FA)
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at: 
       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
