Hi. I left public mobile to another provider and received a winback promo which I could not access. I wan't to know what is in that promo so I can decide if I would accept that offer or not. I hope somebody can help me regarding this matter. Thanks.

How did you receive this winback offer? Text or mail? Also, how long ago did you port out to another provider? Usually winback offers come towards the end of the 90 day window of account closing. If it's past the 90 days, you won't see the offer anymore.
Side note, if you are going to message a CS Agent, use @Sansan second link since you no longer have an account here and won't be able to log in using the chatbot to create a ticket.
