Problem in sending and receiving texts

I can't send/receive texts.  I inserted a new/activated sim card and ported my phone number yesterday.  Everything is fine except sending/receiving texts.  My phone is Samsung S23FE

I just joined last week and this is a known problem.  I submitted a ticket and someone replied to me within an hour.  I activated a second account for my husband and also dealt with within 2 hours.  Follow this link to submit a ticket to customer service.

Yes, if only SMS an issue, it is a PM system problem with new activation.     PM is aware of the problem and can only fix the issue one account at a time.
