@Charlotte33 The business hours for customer service are 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. eastern time so depending when you open a ticket it can take a while to get a response.
Just to add that if you don't see an envelope icon indicating your inbox, tap on your avatar to the right of the bell icon to access Messages. The envelope icon seems to be device or resolution dependent, I never see one.

When they reply it will be to your community mailbox, so check the top right for the notification on your envelope.

Hi there,
I can make and receive calls.
It is possible that my number did not port properly. I followed the instructions but I think there was some information that might have been left out of the instructions that could have helped me (such as wait for some more confirmation texts before taking sim card out). As soon as I got the first message about the port, I switched sim cards.
Also, I switched from Chatr without an account number.
I restarted my phone, switched sim cards back, I'm not sure what to do.
Any help is appreciated!

@Charlotte33 does data and calling work? Try rebooting your phone with a power off and back on cycle. Try resetting your network settings as well, and When all else fails, you can open a ticket using the orange chat bubble and starting a conversation with a CS_Agent. They should be able to reset the network from the backend.

Can you provide more info, like can you make/receive calls ?
Was your number ported properly ?
Did you restart your phone ?
