@farhangfar7777 hi if you tried forgot password and it doesn't work then
to change/reset account email and password you need the help of a service rep

did you try to reset using the Reset Password link on the login page? Just enter your email address and see if you receive the reset password email
If that does not work, then open ticket with PM Support and they can sort it out fo ryou:
