Primary and personal phone lines

my phone number is not working NO SERVICE even tho my number is active and the public mobile app is working and my subscription is active. I removed the stupid personal line and now my primary line is not working. Get me my phone back i'm paying for this

You probably got the primary and the secondary account mixed up. There should be a different email address associated with each account.
Just contact a CS_Agent by private messaging on your computer and have staff straightened this out for you.

@Juliendion26253 was that a new activation?

are you using dual sim now? and you activated with an eSIM?

Try to click "Reset all networka" and see how it goes

if it is a physical sim, try to put the sim 8n another phone to test

Have you completed the eversafe ID process for your accounts?  It's possible that the online account is dissociated with the ongoing sign on process.  Try using incognito mode and signing into the online account, not community.

@Juliendion26253  remember each account and phone line needs it own email. So you must have another email you used for your primary line
