The previous two members answered about no refunds, however, why not just keep the SIM card in case you decide to switch in November? You just never know when PM may have a deal that will blow your mind away. Hence the reason you should visit PM often to see what's offered. 🙂 Trying to sell it off will be a pain and not worth your time as I assume your time is worth more than $11.50 ?? Keep it for now is my advice.
Oh... and HI. How YOU doin?

You will have to sell or giveaway your new SIM as PM is a prepaid service and normally no refund.
