@Tamtam1 If you don't know the email address you used you'll need to contact the CS Agent at https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 to assist you. They'll ask you some questions to verify you own the account. If you can't answer them, they won't be able to help you. For instance, you'll need to know your phone number, the PIN on your account, address on the account, etc. Good luck!

Sign into Your Account and click on Profile. You will see it there hold your cursor over the 🖊 to see full number.

@Tamtam1 You can check this yourself. Log into your account, go to profile and it should show the account number there.
