I cannot change VISA card. It keeps saying to try later. But I have tried many times over several weeks

Thanks for the replies. There is no agent in the link. Anyway, any company that wants your money should make it easier for you to pay. That's it for me.

hi @Lolita2 wait an hour or a day before trying again

try with both browser and app

If browser, use Incognito/Private/secret mode

if app and you tried using app earlier, please uninstall and reinstall before trying again

Thanks for your help. But I just want to change the VISA card and I should be able to do it in my computer. It is frustrating that they don't have a person to take your call and solve your problem. Service is very important. I think I will change to another company.

@Lolita2 - Have you tried to use incognito / private mode? Tried on App or on another device?

Also please buy Public Mobile Payment vouchers as a last resort (Find locations here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/ab/payment-voucher )

You can load up 3 months of your service (I will suggest that)

You can also find them at recharge
