Porting number from Koodo.

Hello,

I have been trying to port my number from Koodo to my new PM account, but I always get an error message:

"Oh no! 
It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic.

Log out and then log back in again to continue. Or return to the Login Page."

 

I have tried and tried again at least a dozen times and still get the same message.

Is there something wrong with the PM website today?

 

Appreciate your help.

LIkely being swamped with last miniute activations to get the bonus. Suggest you wait until tomorrow, and clear your browser's cache, or use incognito mode.

Just in case read: BE PREPARED

If you have Koodo prepaid, you cannot do the port-in from self serve but must contact the moderators. 

Click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with a description of your issue. Moderator hours are: Monday to Friday, 9 am (ET) to 9 pm (ET); Saturday - Sunday 9 am (ET) - 7:30 pm (ET). Usually they answer within in 24 hours, but can take a few days.

Do not send multiple messages. This pushes you further back in the queue as the system takes into consideration your most recent message.
