Did you activate your SIM/eSIM yet?
Is your Fido account still active? It need to be activate to port your number over to PM.
The request will go to Fido once you activated the SIM. So keep the Fido SIM in your phone and wait for the text from Fido that you are porting over and reply with YES. There will be a 90 minute for you to reply or porting will be in limbo.

you request porting from Fido earlier??
you can talk to PM about the port, not not here in the Community. Please open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Just type Submit ticket and choose Contact us to get to ticket open page

If a porting request hasn't yet been made, you can make this request during the activation process or from Your Public Mobile Self Serve account. Please do not post your account information here as this information can be seen by everyone. Also, please note that posting a message here is unlikely to get noticed by a Public Mobile customer support agent.
