Hey guys! So I transferred my number from chatr to public mobile and I got the code from the text from chatr but missed the step about replying yes to it so now I am not receiving calls but I am able to make calls and send and receive text messages. I see a lot of people have experienced this as well and I also see that there is a number that I could call to actually talk to someone. If anyone could pass that number along to me it would be greatly appreciated this is getting very frustrating.

To re-initiate the port, click here: https://urlshortner.tiia.ai/Lc9xk8
Then make sure to place your prior provider SIM card in device, await text for port authorization, reply "YES", then replace with your newly activated Public Mobile SIM card.
Reboot your device, and you should be good to go.

Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.
If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
