Port to Public Mobile

Hi Everyone,

I have 20 digits code from my SIM card. I’d like to transfer it to Public Mobile. However, it only needs 19 digits to go on the next step. What can I do?

@aurelio1996 if you dont have a new PM SIM card yet,

Then get a Public Mobile sim card from

Thank you so much! Make sense to me now. Take care

@aurelio1996 yes, you can keep your number.  But what you need to do is to use a new PM sim card, activate it.  In Step 2 of the activation process, you will get a chance to choose to bring in your number.  You just need to provide the account number of the old provider and your. phone number and PM will arrange porting in your old number into PM

You need to enter the Public Mobile SIM card digits for activation (not your old SIM card).  If you purchased a SIM card that has 20 digits, it can't be used as it's not a Public Mobile SIM card.
