I would like to port my number from PC mobile to public mobile. I have already activated my public mobile sim card but missed the text from PC mobile to authorize porting my number. They require another request to port my number. I cannot submit a ticket because the page it brings me to is always in error. Thank you. - Sam

actually more thing to consider when you port from PC Mobile
1. Porting from PC mobile is like poring from Koodo Prepaid, you will need to get a new temporary phone number first. Wait will all setup then submit message to CS agent for them to help to port manually

2. PM Mobile does not show the account number , but you will need for porting. So, call them #7266 on your PC Mobile phone and ask them the account number
And before you join PM, just to confirm you can port your number ,check the porting eligibility here:

And last, very important, please download the PM app and start the activation from the app, it will save a lot of headache

WOW. It's PM who sends the request. Call the number back and have it escalated. That's just lazy!

I phoned PC mobile and they advised public mobile needs to send them a request. I phoned the number for porting with Public Mobile and was advised that PC mobile had to send the request. I phoned PC mobile back and they again advised me that Public Mobile has to send the porting request. I phoned back Public Mobile and it is now closed. Who needs to be sending the porting request?! I am so confused.
