As already noted, leave your old sim in the phone to receive the text from your old provider and reply YES within 90 minutes, and best to use the old account number rather than the IMEI of the phone

@MatNnn You can do this on activation or afterwards . But in any event when you do make sure your freedom account is active and leave the freedom sim in the phone so you can reply YES to the confirmation text to port number . And also note just use freedom account number not the IMEI ignore it it’s not needed

Have you downloaded the Public Mobile app? you're going to need it to get this done.
