I need to reset my password because the current one just doesn't work anymore. When I put in my cell # or my e-mail it doesn't send me the code. I've tried about 20 times but nothing comes through. Any ideas?

Are a current customer (have been active within 90 days OR have not ported out to another provider)?
If issues persist with SIMon Bot (because I had an issue just now with it), submit a ticket to CSA by the 2nd option found in the below link of Private Message.

Website can be finicky.
You could try again in one hour.
Maybe try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Also, try on a computer versus mobile phone.
If all fails, you will need to contact customer service agent.
Submit a ticket for CSA help.
