I was locked out of my account several days ago on the first sign in attempt and have been getting the same result each time since then, no matter how many hours I wait before trying again. I am able to successfully reset my password but as I attempt to sign in I am given a message to enter another security code, which I then do, only to be brought back to having to enter in a new password again, and once again being told I am locked out. Have tried repeatedly but it just keeps going around in the same circle. Unable to message an agent for assistance as the system will not allow it without me being able to sign in. I had to create a new account just to write this message. Help please.

@MiaElena1 Have you tried using a private /incognito browser? Same result?
Maybe switch browsers Chrome to edge etc.
Try resetting your cache as well

did you try to login using browser with incognito mode?
but you probably need PM to sort it out. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here
