I want to change my subscription but I don't see the plan I want to change to when I click Change Subscription in my account. How do I get access to the subscription plan that I want?

The plan I want to switch to is a lower priced plan. My daughter just changed to the lower price plan and I want to change to the same plan but the plan is not listed as an option for me to change to.

Since last spring, Public mobile is offering personalized plan offers for existing customers. You will see what plans are available to you in your self service account. Unfortunately, most of the plans offered for existing customers are more expensive than their present plan price.

Sorry, but you can only change to plans that are shown as available in your Public Mobile self serve account.
