How do I access my account if the eSim was not installed and the phone # has already been ported over? I do not have an activation email either. Can't login because I don't have access to the security code that is sent.

@RilynnWilliams are you seeing an option where you can click on a link that says: "Didn't get code?", if you see it click on it and you can request to send the code by email. If you can't get it then reach out to a support agent for assistance.
