I was offered last month for a new plan before my next renewal date, and somehow, when I checked my account the new plan was not pushed through the transaction. Currently, I am still using an older plan with only 4GB data.
I got a text message for this offer NOV 1st 2022 ($40/month 15GB) and replied yes to the new offer. I was supposed to have a new plan of 15GB for this November 13 - December 13 transaction. I need help rectifying this issue. Now I have to remake my current queue to change my plan for Dec 13. Can admins help me rectify this issue?

@Ar-CS First try logging into the account by using incognito/private mode as there's lots of caching issues with self serve account. If you still don't see the new plan, then select Plans/Add-ons from the left side of page, then Change My Plan and Change at Next Renewal option as there's no prorating or refunds for immediate plan changes.
