Hi
I'm a newcomer and I just bought a plan thinking it was a postpaid plan that will help to build my credit score. But it's a prepaid plan... But I already have one.
I just wanted to know if it's possible to get a refund ? I'm still waiting for the SIM card to arrive by mail, I understand that the SIM card is not refundable but if I can have a refund on the plan, that would be very nice.
Many thanks

I doubt you can get the refund. PM is a prepaid provider and do not provide refund.
Since you already pay for 30 days service and you got the sim card, why don't you activate it and test it out?
If you really want to cancel, it, you can either complete the registration and disable Pre-Authorized payments , or you likely want to have PM support to remove your credit card from your account directly so PM cannot charge you again. Please message them here:

I received the SIM card and I want to cancel the plan right now with the deletion of my profile. How to do so ?

Thank you for the info. I have finally posted/sent a message to the link you provided. I hope I will get a response soon. Once again, thank you.

PM support will usually reverse the transaction if the customers cannot use the roaming addon.
So, all you need to do is to engage them by direct message here:

I'm new here too but I don't think that one can activate a plan without a SIM card yet. And yes, you can purchase a SIM card at a Telus location or have it shipped. Instructions are provided on activation. But asking for a refund is a big question for me too as I recently paid for an add on: US roaming talk & text for 15 days and it never worked. Now I'm back and won't need it and reaching out to a customer service agent left me going in circles - there's not even an email where we can send our concerns or when needing support. I can't create a ticket either as their system is not allowing me to. Anyone have any experience similar to this? And how were you able to have a resolution for it?

Yup. When you subscribe, you will now ask if you want eSIM ($5) or you already have a physical sim on hand, or a 3rd choice, have PM ship you a new sim card ($10). That's why the payment step has moved up. Once you got passed the payment step, PM will then send you the sim card
The second part of the activation will be done on app only, after you got the sim card on hand. You will enter the sim number and pick a phone number to complete the activation
I don't remember if you can choose to pickup sim card from local store as well instead of wait for PM to ship. This is certainly a good concept if they can control to ship the ship card out quickly and track the arrival. For those with impulsive buying and decide to come PM out of the blue, they paid even without the sim card with them, PM locks this subscriptions and don't have to worry they change mind. Again, PM has to make sure they fulfill the sim order fast and not like before

@softech , is PM charging people for plans now before they even receiving the SIM Card in the mail? Op stated “I just bought a plan”. “I'm still waiting for the SIM card to arrive by mail, I understand that the SIM card is not refundable but if I can have a refund on the plan, that would be very nice.”
I didn’t know they were now doing it this way!

Thanks for the reply, you mean right now, I'm already on an automated payment for each month even if I don't activate the SIM card ?
I don't want to try it for a month because I already have a prepaid plan with another provider.

@Wissonderox PM is a prepaid provider and do not provide refund. I understand your account has not fully activated yet, but you have started the process already, I doubt you can ask for refund at this point
Wait for the sim to come to finalize the activation, test for month and see if you like it. If not, disable Automatic payment to "cancel" the service on the second month

No, I didn't activate the plan cause I still don't have the SIM card.

No refunds, no. But were you able to activate without having a SIM on hand?
