New plans are awful.

I was a customer just a few months ago. Let it expire unfortunately.

Used to get 34 a month unlimited calling 50gb then reduced speeds.

Why are these plans now suddenly gone? No more unlimited reduced data? These new plans aren't useful. What's up with this us-can-mex stuff? I will likely take my money elsewhere if I can't get the deal back.

Terrible.

it's no coincidence that these new plans are rolled out just as the snowbirds are heading south. These plans will be helpful to snowbirds...but they're gonna find it difficult to get cheaper PM plans when they get back.

Has the account been suspended for less than 90 days?  If it has been less than 90 days, you can resume service by making a payment to pay for the same plan that you had berfore.  If it's been suspended for 90 days, you can unfortantely choose from the plans that are currently offered by Public Mobile (and a new account would need to be opened using a new SIM card and a new phone numberr would be assigned).  The plans offered by Public Mobile are business decisions.
