I activated my account yesterday but the sim is not working at all. I have also not received any mail or text regarding the activation. Please what do I do?

for CS Agent,   Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

  1. type: Contact CS Agent
  2. Click "Contact Us"
  3. Click "Other"
  4. Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  5. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):

Sorry, but there is no number to call customer service.  All support is provided via the internet.

There is no number. That's the username to send a private message to. That's how it works here. cs_agent. But you could try to answer some of the questions asked of you so that we might offer some ideas.

Yes, the monet was taken. On the site, it says i am owing $35. But $35 was debited yesterday. I am very confused

Did you leave the old SIM in the phone to wait for the text?

Do not put the PM SIM in the phone to wait for the text.

Contact a CS_Agent to restart the process if you did this by use private messaging or Chat on this Community page.

@Sinmi  did PM took the money?   When you put your SIM in a phone, what is the error you got?  No Network?  SIM not activated?  No SIM?

 

do you have another phone around to test the PM SIM?

Can you login to Self-serve My Account  (https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/) ?  If you can is it showing Status Active?
