Hey all, just changed my plan i had a 40$ plan and balance of 28$ . I switched to a plan for 25$ i now have 3$ left and says it successfully changed my plan (today is new cycle date) butni am unable to call or anything and am unable to contact an agent any advice? I power cycled my cell aswell no luck

@Jewl666 Best to submit a ticket to PM. If you try the loas/found reset trick more than likeley it will affect your rewards.

@Jewl666 if you log into my account, do you see the option to reactivate? If so, try to reactivate and if it says you must make a payment, make a $1 payment and see if that jumpstarts your plan.
Also contact @CS_Agent as @will13am mentioned. They have been quite efficient at rectifying these types of account issues lately.

@Jewl666, is the account showing as active. I don't remember the exact mechanics of the issue, there used to be problems with renewing to a downgraded plan even though sufficient funds is available to cover the new lower cost plan. Try doing the lost phone/found phone toggle. If all else fails, get the moderator team to reset the account.
