So thankfully I received the SIM in a timely manner.
i am a bit confused regarding my plan. I bought this plan due to some long distance minutes included in it to 7 countries. My includes Long Distance minutes are not showing up in subscription details but do in usage details. Is this normal ? Do I have the said LD minutes in the current subscription ?

your plan includes those minutes
and you can test. Since Public Mobile is prepaid, you can only use the service if it is included. So, you can make a test call to those country, if it connects , then it confirm the minutes are there

@Umair1234 Yes they will and you have the mins it shows in your screen shot , I sent you screen shot of the plan min details in plan description . Even though the plan not seen on website I see it in my account right now to change to . But no worries you have what you paid for and can start calling the 7 countries and spend 500 mins on the line

if you activated earlier, paid and just waiting for the sim card, then you have the plan already. They assigned you the plan when you paid. So, you are good.
But of course, ask them to confirm

i activated the sim just now but the plan was removed from their website by the time i had the sim. So I hope they honor the exact subscription i bought.

@Umair1234 since it's showing up in your usage details you shouldn't have anything to worry about, you will have the long distance option to use

did you just activate this plan when the plan was still available with LD minutes couple days ago? If you did, you should have it. PM's always miss posting all details on My Account even you have it.
But of course, better to contact support agent to confirm
