Hello
Recently changed plan to 5gigs at 4g on the day my service auto paid to renew which was today oct 26th. When I log in this morning it still says 5gigs at 3G speed and I’ve used over 1.13gigs of data already.
My question is how would I use data while I’m asleep and on wifi and why did it not change for 4g?
when I look at payment history it stays 4g payment but that’s it.

HI @BHINZE look like it is just a cache issue. Everyone faces this problem with this new My Account
One way is to clear cache and restart the browser
Some will simply use Private mode/Incognito mode or try on another browser

Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Click on little spinner refresh icons lower down.
If you did schedule plan change then it has been changed but you are seeing cached page.

@BHINZE Probably a cashed page refresh or use incognito
