Why my plan didn't change yet knowing that I already have been charged for the new plan ?

It doesn't take 48 hours for a new plan to show in the Self Serve account. As stated previously, the 48 hours is only about the change in speed.

after the date you change plan is take 48 hr to be in on your account,
but if not change after 48 hr then contact support team by private message CS_Agent to change it.

@yassinemalti What plan change did you make? If it is a change to 4G plans, please note it takes around 48 hours for the speed upgrade
Also, when you login to My Account, Plan & Add-ons page, is that showing your new plan already?

@yassinemalti - what plan were you on, and what plan did you change to?
Did you perform a "Change Now" plan change, or did you "Change on Next Renewal"?
Are you able to show a screenshot of your payment history (leaving out all personal info please).
