@dinadavila You can also test by sending a picture message to yourself.
Which country are the recipients? There may be increased likelihood of issues when sending to recipients outside of Canada. For example I recall having issues sending MMS images to a recipient in India, but they could receive SMS just fine...

Try these ideas:
- Make sure that you are not connected to wifi while attempting to send/receive MMS. The data connection has to be on for MMS to work.
- Go back to the phone's APN settings and for "APN type" enter "default, mms, supl" and save. Reboot the phone and test MMS.
- If you have multiple APNs listed, ONLY one, the PM one, should have the APN type "default".
So the the complete settings list:
APN: sp.mb.com
Proxy: Unspecified
Port: Unspecified
Username: Unspecified
Password: Unspecified
Server: Unspecified
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: 74.49.0.18
MMS port: 80
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
Authentication type: Unspecified
* APN type: default,mms,supl
* APN roaming Protocol: IPv4
Bearer: Unspecified
MVNO type: GID
MVNO value: 4D4F

@dinadavila - that copying and pasting of the bottom of that post (to contact CSA) above is likely very unnecessary advice in this case. So, you can safely disregard it. But you will probably continue to see if over and over again from this user, so use it when required.
Is this a reportable post?🤔

Try these tips....
- Reboot your phone.
- Toggle airplane mode on/off.
- Clear your messaging app's cache.
See if that helps. If not report back and we can get a little more technical.

@dinadavila - to add some more information, and this would go for both you and the recipient (not) receipt that could be having difficulty receiving an MMS.
If either of you are an iphone users..and turn your data off occasionally, then try to turn off iMessage altogether and use regular text messaging instead.
To do this, go to Settings > Messages and toggle iMessage off.
If you prefer to use iMessage, then you can perform the following steps to fix the issue:
- Connect to the internet using WiFi or Data.
- Go to Settings > Messages and toggle iMessage OFF.
- Turn your iPhone off completely, then turn it back on.
- Go back into Settings > Messages and toggle iMessage ON.
- Make sure “Send as SMS” is also turned ON.
If either of you are an android users, check if you have your Chat Feature on. If so, turn that feature off.
Disable your Chat Features:
- Open Messages
- Tap More options > Settings > Chat features
- Turn Enable chat features off
Otherwise, finicky issues with text may be resolved with a restart of your phone, or a reset of your network settings.
Hope something here fixes your issue.

If you use Native phone's app, both parties have to have DATA on in order to send/receive MMS.
If you are using 3rd party app for MMS then you have to figure out what that app requirements are.

@dinadavila - you mean recipients are NOT receiving them?
Do you see they are going through from your device okay? If so, do you know if they are turning on their data to receive them as well (edit..as @iliketotalk also asked).
