Public Mobile has made alternate arrangements for shipping due to Canada Post strike. As you already ordered it and also bought one...why not just save it and gift it to family or friend who may want to also $ave $ome money by activating a new PM account. I mean it's only 5 bux...you gonna get $10 credited to your account once you activate anyhow. Make sure to use someones referral code when you do activate.

@Tulsi We here are just customers like you trying to help you need to use one of the links that other member left to contact support , but as I mentioned in your first reply in this thread having spare SIM card is useful and you only paid $5 from website good to have if you ever lose or damage yours or to give to friend or family to join PM and use your referral code so you both can enjoy extra rewards to lower your bills

@Tulsi here in the Community forum it's all customers (usually experienced ones) but not actual PM employees. If you can't find help here or it requires account changes/credits etc. then you need to reach a customer support agent through the link already provided

For same reason I went to pick up.

@Tulsi you'll need to contact a support agent to see if they will grant you a credit or refund.
You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:
https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
(and then type: Customer Support Agent)
Or, if you are having trouble with the Chatbot try sending a private message to:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
(note: you will need to be logged into your Community account for this link to work)

hi @Tulsi
sim card is usually non-refundable, but given the strike situation, maybe PM support will agree to help, just ask them
you can submit ticket by direct message:

Remember CS_agent will reply to your Community inbox within 2 to 4 hours, please check your inbox here:

@Tulsi Sorry sims are non refundable , but always good to have spare SIM card in case you ever lose or damage yours or to give to family or friend to joinPM and use your refferal code to rewards both accounts win/win
