Phone was stolen and i desperately need to keep the phone number it had. This is ridiculously difficult to get any help, direct communication from this company. Would appreciate any help. How do i transfer my number to a new phone? I get the error 404 code even after clearing cache, and whatever else they suggest. Nightmare situation.

You will need to download the PM app on your new phone. Then purchase another eSIM ($5) for your new phone.

Thanks for the reply, appreciate it. How do I get them to give me a new e sim? I cant seem to connect to any live chat members, have tried endlessly

get a new phone and a new sim...then go in to your PM account to change sim number...voila...good to go !
