I am new to PM and my phone says that I've used all my minutes when I should have unlimited minutes as I haven't used any calling yet and texting works. Haven't needed to try my data because I'm on WIFI. I signed up for the $25/mth plan with the bonus of 2GB of data. Not sure what to do here. How to get my phone working so that I can make calls, text and have data.

Hi Aby1, welcome and sorry to hear about your problem. Try to shut down your phone and wait 10 seconds before turning it on. It should work then. Cheers

HI @Aby1 does incoming call work? If your account is Active, reboot your phone once and it should fix it

Most reliable counter is at your PM account. Log in and see what it says.
But you being on $25 plan in/out minutes are irrelevant as you are unlimited.
Try rebooting your phone.

try Rebooting device..
for 2GB bonus for the next 12 months (publicmobile.ca) may take up to 2 business days for bonus data to be applied.

@Aby1 This is a common glitch. NO worry, just reboot your phone and it should be good
