Hi colleen, you'll have to get a hold of an agent to find out when they
can send your phone. At the bottom right hand corner of the screen you
can click on the bubble and submit a ticket.

your phone and wait 10 seconds before turning it on. It should work

Have you confirmed that payment went through successfully twice? If the
payment went through, click on the bottom right hand chat bubble and
tell Simon your problem and he will give you a message to contact them
to resolve this. Hope that this helps ...
