Problem resolved Phone is working .... Telus network problem
@R_M this is probably a better map, it's showing "Degradation of wireless voice service"

currently in Walnutgrove area of North Langley. Map does not show outage in this area
no problem yesterday but today all morning cannot make outgoing calls. No change in service plans, no transfer of phone number
@Pal222 sounds like you are part of the outage area. Nothing you can do except hold on till it's been resolved.

I’m in Calgary AB. I can text and receive calls but cannot make any outgoing calls.
No outgoing phone service all morning. Incoming seems ok.
@R_M are you in BC, AB or SK? There is an outage going on right now in western Canada affecting voice calls but text and data seems to still work.
If you are not in western Canada, have you tried restarting your phone
new problem no changes in service was working yesterday
@R_M is this a new issue, was your calling working before? Did you recently transfer in an existing number and is text and data working?
