I lost my phone and I have Public Mobile as my carrier.
1. I cannot log in to my account to speak to an agent.
2. I need help tracking my phone down because it is certainly not stolen I have just lost it.

I used FindMy but I kept my internet off, It isn't at home, its in Kensington I think I left it around some shops I guess, I know that it is not stolen because when I ask my friend to ring my phone, it rings until completion and we have done it about 100 times. If it was stolen wouldn't they turn off or at least decline my call?

@maherkazi If an iPhone have you tried Find My (or if Android there is an equivalent I believe) or tried phoning the phone from another number if it is likely somewhere in the house?

That doesn't work it only asks me to go to Community.
