Can’t make an out going phone call after the activation of number transferred.

it worked! so annoyed, seems like a dumb reason for things not working

do you see this often? that leaving the prev carrier's SIM in the phone can cause problems?

it was mostly that the phone case was hard to remove, that's why i left it

will try this and report back

hi @bettylai it is time to remove the old carrier sim card.  After doing so, reboot the phone the phone should be fully functional

Hi,

Can receive calls and text. Cannot text out and call out. Data appears to be working.

Restarted phone, reset iPhone network settings. Using eSIM, so no SIM card to take out and re-insert.

Left old SIM card in phone the whole time, so did not interrupt porting process. Replied to porting texts within timeframe.

you have neither outbound nor inbound calls? or just not outbound? and data works?

if nothing work (no inbound/outbound and data), it is a sim card setup problem on the system.  you need support to look into it

  But if you have inbound and just not outbound, then it is a porting problem.  You need to contact porting support team in that case
