Hi,
I would like my voicemail message when someone calls me to be my voice saying my name and please leave a message, I have gone through the options and recorded and activated this message and well as the busy message. It only works if I decline the call, if I miss the call the person calling hears an automated voice without my name. This is very frustrating does anyone know how to make my personal greeting work when I miss a call??

Thanks Halimacs! I used customer support and the answer was really easy. On Iphone just go to settings - Apps - Phone - Live Voicemail and toggle the switch to off. This way Apple voicemail does not override your personal greeting!

@Ecr7 By chance is this an iPhone running ios17? If so it sounds like Apple's Live Voicemail intercepting the calls could be a possibility.
