Every time I try to make a call or access my voicemail it says call failed.
I have tried multiple troubleshooting steps and it still isn't working.

HI @Bolsson I think it is local outage
But Telus outage site has not post any cellular outage there
https://www.telus.com/en/on/outages
(they do have other outages reported like home internet, home phone)

@Bolsson If 3 phones acting the same, it would be a outage in your area.
Which city and province you are at?
Try to use the phone in a different area
And is Mobile data working? do you see the phone connected to PM or not connected at all?

if you have an iphone
- Select Settings.
- Select Mobile Data.
- Select Mobile Data Options.
- Select Voice & Data.
- To enable 3G, select 3G.
If you have an Android (but it could be different )
- Under Wireless and Networks,
- Select Mobile Networks.
- This should bring up the configuration screen for using the Internet through a carrier.
- Select Preferred network type.
- Change to 3G only

We have three seprate phones with Public Mobile - 1 business and two personal phones. All three phones are not able to make calls our or take calls coming in. We see the call come through then it just hangs up. All of our bills are paid and up to date. Could this be an outage issue? We can still text and connect to the internet just no phone calls....

@FamilyLifePsyc1 can you receive incoming calls?
Does data work
First, restart your phone once
if still does not work, change your Preferred network to 3G Only. Then check if the phone connects to PM network at all after the change. If not, then there is a problem with the 3G network, which PM voice calls rely on
If you have another phone around, put your PM sim card there and test it
If that still does not work, try your phone in another location. Again, that could be a local network issue
And which city and province you are at?
