Payment taken but service still shows suspended

I have my account on auto renew.  Today it attempted to take the payment but failed as I hadn't transferred money into that account.  So when I went to log into the Public Mobile app it told me my payment had failed and requested I update my payment details and process payment.  Which I did.  And it charged my card.  And it gave me a confirmation screen thanking me for the payment and saying my service is restored.  BUT I do not have service.  It says I didn't pay for my plan.  It is acting like i haven't paid for service.  I am waiting on medical test results and it is imperative I have service.

Have you tried rebooting your phone?

@tantrue  First try to reboot the phone see if that helps . If no luck submit ticket with support to investigate
